Psalm 77:13 & 14

"Your ways, O God , are Holy. What god is so great as our God."

"You are the God who performs miracles; you display your power among the peoples".

So our Pastor chose these verses as his theme for today. So I picked some worship songs that I thought fit these verses quite well:

For the hymn, “God, All Nature Sings Thy Glory” the tune is to Beethoven’s “Ode to Joy” The words were written by David Clowney who worked for Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship

The Pastor could have gone in so many directions with these verses. Unfortunately, he didn't go very far or very deep or in any recognizable direction. As John concluded, he seemed to be finishing his sermon on the fly. "What was that all about?" was my conclusion. So in two weeks I'm supposed to be planning worship again. With today's results I'm not exactly looking forward to that.
